A simple outline of what we collect when you contact us through this website, and how your details are handled.

In brief

This notice explains how we collect and use your personal details when you submit an enquiry through the contact form on this website.

What we collect

The website enquiry form collects your name, phone number and, if you choose to provide it, your email address, the service you're enquiring about, and any message you include. We only ask for these details so we can respond to your enquiry. If you arrive from a paid-search advert, the website also keeps a temporary record of which advert brought you and how you landed on the site — see "Cookies and analytics" below.

How your details are used

When you submit the form, your details are delivered to the business owner's email address through a third-party email-sending service so the enquiry can be answered. Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry. They are not sold or rented, and this website does not add them to a separate lead database. The email service and the receiving inbox retain the message under their normal data-handling settings.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses an aggregate, site-wide pageview analytics service to understand how many visits its pages receive. This service does not build a personal profile about you and is not used to identify or market to you.

If you arrive from a paid-search link, the website records which advert and link brought you (a click identifier and UTM parameters) along with the page you landed on, the referring page and a timestamp. This is kept in temporary browser storage for the session. If you then send an enquiry, those details travel with your message to the owner's email address so they can see where the enquiry came from. This is not a personal profile, is not sold, and is used only to understand which advertising produced an enquiry.

Google Ads conversion tracking runs on the blocked-drains page to measure whether an advertising visit results in a successful callback request or phone call. Google may use cookies or browser storage and receive information such as the ad click, page, browser and device. Your name, phone number and message are not sent in the conversion event. This setup is for conversion measurement, not remarketing or audience lists.
